How do I place an order online? When you are on the page for the item you are interested in, look for the "add to shopping cart" button. When you click on it you are adding one of the item to your shopping cart. You can change the quantity from the shopping cart page. If you want to continue shopping, just click where it says continue shopping. If you are finished and would like to check out, just click where it says checkout.

Quality Assurance
If you are not pleased with your selection of basket, you may return it after your inspection within five (5) days of receipt for a credit towards another basket or for a full refund, all refunds and credits are less shipping costs.  Please call customer service for complete instructions on return and a RMA number.  When returning a basket, you must return it in the original shipping carton and packing.  Refunds may not be available on certain custom and personalized baskets.
