Nathan Taylor Baskets uses USPS (Priority Mail) or UPS Ground as our methods of shipping. Other methods of shipping may be used at our discretion. Therefore please provide both the physical address AND the P.O. Box information for your package. Please make sure that your ship to address is accurate.
Shipping rates vary by the basket. All shipping charges are based on the destination of your package as well as shipping weight and dimensions. Shipping weight is determined by the estimated weight of all item(s) plus the necessary packing materials and the shipping box.

We are bound by the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the package. Once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with Nathan Taylor Baskets. We are therefore not liable for the lost or stolen merchandise. Nathan Taylor Baskets will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier even if recipient claims non-receipt. It is possible that the package was left where the recipient may not have noticed it or have been picked up by a passerby. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where parcel was placed. We will do as much as possible to assist you in this.
